  • Usage Patterns (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): Necessary for the Game Launcher to scan and detect installed games for easy access and optimization.
  • Display Over Other Apps (Overlay): Essential for the Smart HUD to render FPS and Ping metrics while you are gaming in other applications.
  • Do Not Disturb (DND Access): Enables "Focus Mode" by automatically managing system notification policies to silence alerts during gameplay.
  • Kill Background Processes: Allows the "One-Tap Boost" feature to terminate idle applications, reclaiming fragmented RAM for your game.
  • Foreground Service: Ensures the Neural Engine remains stable and provides real-time optimization even when the app is in the background.
  • Network State: Used to calculate ping/latency and monitor the stability of your gaming connection.
  • Post Notifications: Required on Android 13+ to send critical status alerts and performance reports.

Google Gemini AI Integration

The App utilizes Google Gemini AI to provide intelligent gaming suggestions and technical assistance. When you interact with the AI Chatbot, your queries are processed by Google's servers. Please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy to understand how they handle data processed through their API.

Third-Party Services

We may use third-party analytics and advertising partners (such as AdMob or Firebase) to improve App performance and sustainability. These partners may collect anonymous identifiers and usage data according to their own privacy policies.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the use of performance overlays and DND features complies with the rules of their specific gaming platforms. We are not responsible for any account penalties or bans issued by third-party game developers.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

  • Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of the App.
  • Distribute modified "cracked" versions of the App (including Pro features).
  • Use the App's AI Chatbot for any illegal or harmful purposes.

4. Subscription & "Pro" Features

Access to certain advanced optimization protocols may require a "Pro" subscription. Subscriptions are managed through the Google Play Store billing system. Cancellation and refunds are governed by Google's standard store policies.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as-is" and "as-available". Lean Bytes makes no warranties regarding the accuracy of real-time metrics or the long-term impact on device hardware. Gaming performance remains subject to hardware limitations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lean Bytes Labs and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages, including but not limited to device overheating, data loss, or system instability resulting from the use of performance-tuning features.

7. Updates & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated terms. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to user's jurisdiction and standard international software distribution practices.
