By downloading or using Photo Widget - Living Gallery, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.

2. License to Use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes on your mobile device.

3. Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of all photos and content you display within the widgets. The app does not claim any rights over your images. The app only creates local links to your photos for display purposes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the application. You shall not use the app for any illegal purposes or to display content that violates local laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. While we strive to provide a bug-free experience, we do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not responsible for any data loss or hardware issues resulting from the use of the app.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lean Bytes be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the application.
