You are responsible for ensuring that your device meets the technical requirements for the app. You agree not to reverse-engineer, modify, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.

4. Limitation of Liability

Serene Interval Countdown is provided "as is" without any warranties. While we strive for extreme precision, we are not liable for any missed intervals, data loss, or consequences resulting from the use or inability to use the app.

5. Intellectual Property

All design assets, code, and trade names (including "Serene Interval Countdown" and the hourglass logo) are the intellectual property of Lean Bytes.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
